Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

You should be able to do this.  Check it in the manual to amke sure your 
Global and MIDI settings are correct.  I think there's an "Enable PC" 
screen or something.

Since im using my mp7 as master clock to other various sequencers and 
modules it came quite as a surprise to find that i couldnt change 
programs on other "Ext" devices.
just like when selecting a part in Cubase and setting its 
bank/program number..

Will it be possible to implement such function in future Os?,
