There is no possible way on the Command Station. If you have ever owned a real TB-303, than you know it's not even close to possible.
There is no accent, authentic slide, nor the synth engine to even come in the same ballpark. Now if you're talking like a fake 303 screaming lead sound drenched in plastic sounding reverb than maybe, and anything could be used I guess. But I am saying the creamy, flowing, gurgling real 303 bass line. Not the all out self oscillation at full squelch, and even then it's not even remotely convinceable. There are boxes on the market now that have every circuit and chip almost duplicated on the really TB-303 and even then most 303 purists aren't even happy, and that's the whole 303 duplicated down to the whole original scematic from Roland. So the CS's sequencer and synth engine and roms can't even touch a real 303's bubbly organic analog character. It's just completely not possible.
There is something very raw and alive in a real TB-303. It's called analog. Plus the 303's sequencer is critical. The relationship between the slide and accent can't be replicated and replaced with portemento and full note velocity on the CS. It's not gonna happen.
You can buy a TB-303 sampler CD and replicate the tones that way with a sampler, but not from anything internally.
