your comment is based on your understanding of "legal copies" (which 
requires an understanding of international law, constitutional law, 
federal law, state laws, case law, EULAs, etc). your definition of 
"illegal copies" may not be the same as MPAA/RIAA/BSA/etc definition of 
the term. i've seen panels of highly educated and highly experienced 
lawyers debate the point... if they can't come to a simple agreement about 
what is or isn't a "legal copy", none of us can.

there's not even a blurry line anymore... just a blurry field of gray 
stretching from one side of the debate to the other.
