Re: [xl7] proteus 2000 rom buyers guide on ebay with target pricing

2010-08-18 by TOMTEL

Hey Matt, thanks for the info and please let me/us know if the ROMs work. I am skeptical of buying any ROM now, because of a ROM I purchased on Ebay that didn't work. I was able to return it to the seller, and he gave me a full refund, plus he gave me the cost of shipping back, which is unheard of in most any situation. Most sellers require the buyer to pay shipping back, ( I think most sellers know things don't work and they are just hoping that people won't demand their money back ). I would like to buy some more ROMs as well. Again thanks for looking out for all us.

      Hello,

I wanted to share this with everyone. It's a buyer's guide for sound

roms for the command station or any proteus 2k synth. It also has a

pricing guide which can help you from paying too much.

Also I wanted to share this link to a bunch of roms on the epr

electronics website. These prices are much better than ebay or the

guide lists. The majority of the roms are available here. Some of

the rarer ones are not.

hope this helps anyone looking for good sounds. I've ordered beat

garden and xl-7 roms, they shipped out already and should arrive next

tuesday. I'm still trying to purchase world expedition or techno

construction yard for a fair price (at or below the buyer's guide

price) but neither of which are available on epr electronics.

Thanks,

Matt
