I have a XL-7 equiped with the X-Lead, the Mo Phatt and
the World Expedition ROM. I would be willing to sell this ROM
as I don't use my XL-7 anymore, or rarely.

You probably know this already, but for the benefit of those who don't, you
can use the ROM-less E-Mu to drive other gear with arps. (Not sure how you can
use it as a sampler, though.)
