Hi, Anyone can help me? To achieve my goal I transmit my mpc's midi clock to the mp7 and record 1 track in the mp7. After, i unpleg the mpc and plug my mdidi keyboard. Then I start my mpc track and lauch the mp7 track and record mp7's tracks with the keyboard. At the end I re-plug my mpc to re-send midi clock and to adjust few notes and record all in protools. I think someone has a better way to do this, so please let me know! Thanks. --- In xl7@yahoogroups.com, "rubbyrod92" <eponim@...> wrote: > > Hey Everyone, > > It seems that my memory is in few pieces and I don't remember how to configure my gear like: > > "Use my keyboard to play with the MP7 and record each track in the MPC" > > I've changed my midi configuration and I don't how to achieve that. > So,my midi keyboard out is on the in of the mpc and the out of the mpc is on the in of the MP7. It's working quite fine, but I can't record all mp7's tracks in the mpc. When I change the track on the mpc and change the midi channel, it continue to play the melody from the mp7 track1 (even if it's muted) and when I change the track on the mp7 it change it on my mpc too...So, I can't only record one track from the mp7 in the mpc by song, otherwise I must use a software sequencer to achieve my goal, step by step. > > I think I've missed something but don't find what, so please can someone help me. > > Thanks ! >
