Good question. I don't know the answer, but I have put a couple of my ROMS in an EOS Sampler where you can see how the individual samples are mapped across the keyboard. Of course, I don't know if the P2K presets retain the original mapping. My gut says, since the samples are there already, so why would E-Mu remap them? Not sure if this helps; maybe someone else here has more knowledge of these things.
