Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Hi all
Dusted the XL-7 off as im on a sampling mission.
I forgot how much fun the arp is to play about with!
So can anyone tell me if a majority of the roms use just one sample at A3 or A4 root note key mapped across the whole range?
I realise most of the drum kits are key mapped over a few octaves then maybe repeat but are there any other multi-sample's that are key mapped?
Im mostly sampling the synth waveforms at the moment which don't sound as if they have be multi-sampled so far..
Doesn't seem to be much point multi-sampling if the originals aren't.
Also is the SPDIF output at 48Khz or 44.1Khz like the main outputs?
My Roland UA5 seems to be fixed at 48Khz when the XL-7 is connected, which isn't a problem...
