wait a minute....

have i been drinking the wrong kool-aid? is it that simple...? all i have 
to do is set the "FX MULTIMODE CONTROL" to "master", save a pattern, and 
that's it??? each pattern saves saves the effects in place when the 
pattern is saved??? my turn to wear the stupid hat...
