There was a place called theavenuesinstruments.com that I got mine from about 7 or 8 months ago... i can't find them now.... i guess they went under.... sometimes they show up on E-Bay....

Ever think of getting someone to machine you some? That was my plan B. Wouldn't be hard, just an L shaped piece of medal with some holes.... I could get you the measurements.
