Just purchased an MP-7 used for parts and was surprised at how good the condition was. The issue is that it does not boot fully. At power up the unit lights up all buttons and display but stays lit with a black bar across display. Opened up and secured all ribbon connectors and checked fuse, no luck. Also will not respond to the diagnostic boot up. Any idea?
