Re: Song Overdub Track; Only MIDI Out A or B Not Both?

"Can you do the overdubs in 32 measure or less chunks and use pattern mode?"

Actually I recently just thought of doing this so I will give it a go. I just think I'll miss doing the mute records on the fly in song mode, even though that method can become tedious since every time a pattern starts again all the original mute settings come back up and then I would have to go back and fine edit the extra mutes out after the re-muting(those mute events can really add up!). I only have a few pieces of gear so using one MIDI out would be ok, just sucks having another one there with no practical way to use it. Hey maybe I can keep that one connected to the computer which will make one less cable I have to mess with when I finally get E-Loader to work with my PC(just completely formatted the hard drive and reinstalled XP so i will try again).
