  o Usually at least once a month when actively using my E-Mu

  o Roughly 10 to 25% of the times I power down 
  o Anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2 of the time

  o Every single time without exception (unless I power down when I am hungry, in a rush for a "nature call," or in an "altered state" that's not the result of making music
