Zsolt, this is fixed in v0.37 (currently not released as i want to get  
the a2k dump parameter mapping right first, which should also work  
already (code is there)... but i have no dump to test it).

well, theres nothing wrong with the implementation IMO. it saves the  
files on exit and only on exit. saving all the time is not a fix for  
the crashes.
for now, let it initialize, and close prodatum before you use it to  
save the files.
hopefully i can release v0.37 tomorrow.

im not sure...if its just a "midi over usb" kind of thing you should  
see the ports in prodatum. otherwise: no. prodatum knows midi only.
