What is everyone talking about
?
We have 3 moderators that have kept spam
out of the group for almost two years !
The Facebook request we received is not
really a spam (though they are unsolicited and many times unwanted) but a
type of cross group or outside group request for friends/associates by one
of our group members, undesired in our yahoo group. These
requests should not be massed emailed like this one was. I personally
emailed the sender after the group received the message and then removed the
message from the group. The member who sent it was a legitimate
musician by his id, just sent his Facebook request where it is not
allowed.

I volunteer!
Last week, I was given mod privileges over at the Handsonic Yahoogroup, and that's going well so far. (I own the Monohedral Catherdral one.)
