Hmm, that one looks slightly better (though road worn!) but I'm still not sure how much use you'll get from it.  The program change will still not do too much and its other function (besides the useful exp pedal) is sending a 0 or 127 cc message.

Perhaps we should try to figure out what you'd like to be able to do with your feet?

If you're a guitarist, chances are you're not trying to change synth patches on the XL-7 which is pretty much all you'll be able to do.  Do note that the XL-7 has a couple footswitch inputs that are assignable to things like next sequence, previous sequence, punch in/out, etc...
