error: E-Loader on Vista?????

Hello guys,
I have a big problem, i change my computer and also the windows xp into a vista on 64 bit. The problem is i can't install the E-Loader !!! (some java error). I look on the web but, nothing. Is there a solution for using, e-loader on vista?
