Re: [xl7] XL7 FOR SALE OR SWAP RS7000 UK

2002-02-26 by Alex Strudley

laugh ha ha ha Eerrrr Don't put that there....
dude the RS7000 aint the answer to your problems
The presets sound like ass and it has mad timing, sync and clocking issues,
not to mention boring filters and clugey sampling.
The XL7 is a great box but if you are really hell bent on not using it, use
an E4 or an MPC or something, or sofware.
Among other things, I use an XL7 in conjunction with my computer and
everything is fine. If you live in your computer a little more and get out
of the internal sequencer, everything will be fine. In fact I don't even
use the internal sequencer and never have before and am not sure why anyone
would even use one when computers are so powerful and flexible.
Dude use Logic and your XL7 and everything will be peachy. With the XL7
you're balls deep in mad sound that the RS7000 aint cracked out to do. Step
up. If you're stuck in hardware sequencers all the time, your credits will
be rolling.
I don't know what all the sniveling is about. If you want the XL7 to cook
for your, well it won't do that.
Now get trackin'
