The easiest way to figure this out is use a software editor. I own the emulator
x and some of the hardware versions and I would not bother trying to program
my hardware using patchords though I do it a lot in the software.,
Which leads to this suggestion. The best place to read about it is in the documents
provided by Emu on their website in support of the software Emulator. The structure
of all their products is pretty similar although the software is better in scope.

Hi
has there been a tutorial on patchcords?
I've read the manual many times, i've tried experimenting on my own but
i can't seen to figure out how patcthcords work ans how to get
effective results even though they seen to be the core of the XL7 and
seems to allow countless sound designing options.I've had my xl7 for a
few years and i still haven't figured out what how to add up elements
to radically change a sound.
Anyhow if there's somebody out there that can give me a few examples i
have beat garden, techno synth yard, world expedion and X-lead
Thanx to you
dabeinest
