Electric guitars don't grow on trees .... YET. For what I would call "organic" sounds, there's Ed Mann's World Expedition ROM. For plucked instruments, he even tried to make simulating the pick's up strokes and down strokes easier. (So he mentioned once in an email to me. I was basically writing to ask if he was THE Ed Mann who played with Zappa. He was.)
