Hi All... I want to start using my old XL7 to trigger sounds in a live 'on stage' situation..... I currently use one footswitch input for tap tempo which is crucial to get in time with the song..... I use the second footswitch input for start/stop...but this is a nuisance because the patterns never seem to start quickly enough and stop mid passage instead of R.T.Z.ing....(I can't use the return to zero feature as I use the other input for Tap Tempo) I'm trying to avoid using a midi controller pedal because I don't know enough about midi programming.... But I know the footswitch can be used to trigger midi CC numbers but I am really struggling to program the thing so that when I hit the footswitch it can simply trigger sound or pattern.... i hope this all makes sense, can anyone help me with this one....?
