Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

I don't have an MPC but I've used one a bunch.  For you, I'd recommend slaving the MPC to the XL-7 via MIDI clock.  This would actually be a pretty good combo as you'd get the sampling abilities of the MPC with the sequencing abilities of the XL-7.
