Hi Mike, I tried to respond to your email on this, but the return mail address was wrong, so my reply was bounced. No worries though because it seems to be sorted. However, if I do a new version of Proteum, I'll put something in to detect if the ROMs don't match the initialisation file and prompt the user to recreate the file as it sounds like it is something that catches people out.
