Re: Filter question

2007-10-30 by malik

yeah been studying patch chords cause of my question about looping a
sample you know, the sloop thing you suggested? yeah it makes sense
now. it's modulation and i must admit, i haven't touched the surface
of this synth. but i am trying to work on it. thanks aaron

They're custom built ASICs which do nothing but filter with either
6-pole filters, cascadable 12-pole filters, or fixed 14-pole filters.
They are really awesome chips. I'd use them in a heartbeat if they
were still made and I was making a hardware synth.

to in the patchcords section. By default, it's hooked to Q on all
layers. Simply disconnect it from the ones you don't want. The
Command Station is a completely programmable synth. The fact that
they're silkscreened on the front is for convenience only. You can
connect them to whatever you want.

download the manual and read through the patchcords section. It'll
make it all a lot clearer.
