Yeah, the send/return jacks are inserted after everything.  As such they're completely dry.  They're simply analog summing conveniences.

You know- I might be confused-
I can't remember now if the subout returns hit pre or post FX-
I've been moving things around, and will report back when I hook  
everything back up-
