i was very impressed with the PX7 (the protean drum chip) and the 2
rob papen ROMs - beat garden & the techno contruction set chips - once
i'd gotten used to the basic rom sounds and started tweaking.  lots of
powerful sounds, with the ability to also be very subtle with layers
and, of course, the machine's hands-on tweakability.

unfortunately i've had to put the combo up for sale to pay for my new
apartment's rent (damned divorce!) but WILL be getting the combo again
as soon as possible.  i only have the tecno rom left, currently on
ebay (200165540710).

as i've said, i'm forced to sell the combo but WILL be buying it again
once i get established.  i really like them & are highly recommended.

btw i write synth-based darkwave, 'gothic' dance & generally
aggressive stuff, but also lighter film stuff.
