Congrats on your purchase.  #16 will reset all settings and DELETE ALL
SEQUENCES, factory or otherwise.  #17 is the same, but will retain all
sequences, factory or otherwise.

If the previous owner has already deleted them, there's no harm doing
#16 since you'll have to get them from the website anyway if you want
them.
