It does sound like hardware problem to me, maybe some DSP ram on the 
way out..
Im going to give it back to the owner and their going to give it a 
good work out as i dont have time here at the moment.
I said if it starts getting bad and reproducible then to try 
switching off the FX to see if that sorts it out.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
