To get multi-channel use from the MP7 as a downstream sound module from your MPC, yeah, you should set the "rechannelize" to off. What the "rechannelize" option does is change ALL incoming MIDI data to the track/channel currently selected on the MP7 display. So the drum track information gets shunted over to the bass preset you just selected. Turn the option off, and I think it should work the way you want it to. --- In xl7@yahoogroups.com, ROY MILLER <romildagreat@...> wrote: > > It is set to on is it supposed to be off. > > > ROY MILLER <romildagreat@...> wrote: > yeah its set to on. > > vermis_rex <vermis_rex@...> wrote: --- In xl7@yahoogroups.com, "romildagreat" <romildagreat@> wrote: > > > > I am trying to use the Mp7 as a sound module and use the pads with my > > mpc.
