I  think somebody already pointed this out here:
why patterns saved right and all don't save the sounds they were using
before I turned the machine off? That's really in need of a workover.
Also, FX again. 
Maybe I'm stupid, maybe I got it in front of my nose and I can't see it, but
can somebody please explain me HOW THE HELL DO I MAKE THOSE FX WORK?
What do those 4 sends in the Global FX menu refer to? What?
If I go to FX page in Preset edit, everything is blank, and tells me Master
FX in Use. Then How do I send?
IN MY OPINION, A PROPER  FX SETUP  SHOULD  WORK IN THIS WAY:
Once you decide in the FX proper menu what is the FX you want, each
sequencer part, or channel, whatever you wanna call it, should have a send
for each effect. Preset sound on track 5, do you want some reverb? Yes sir.
Then turn your FX1 send up. Do you also want some flanger? Yes, just a bit.
Then turn your FX2 send up a bit. You're gonna share the reverb with track
2, 3, and 9, and the flanger with track 2, 8 and 12.
That's all.
