Resetting the entire unit like that and reloading all the presets 
seems to have fixed the effects going nuts on some of the 10-15 
tracks.  Cool.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
