I double-checked that the track is set to ext, and tried sending some
program changes from another synth on the same channel just to make
sure everything was working and that I didn't have some kind of filter
in my midi chain, but still no luck with the PX-7.  I'm sure I'm
missing something obvious though.  I also tried inserting a program
change in the middle of the sequence in case it was something weird
about the first event in the sequence, but that didn't seem to make
any difference either.
