Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

It's the 3rd screen in the arp menu.  Note that you don't even need to
involve another sequencer to do this.  Simply hook a MIDI cable from out to
in and record.  Make sure you mute the other tracks and set the track you're
recording into to be "int" only in the 2nd to last pattern edit screen.
