luckily I had most of the material backed up - lost
one killer seq/pattern however
I think what happened is that I got to 0% mem. too
fast as a result of getting too creative with
recording filter sweeps - first sign of doom was "SAVE
FAILED", and the rest is as I described it
since then I have reloaded only what I absolutely need
to have in the machine, done 2 gigs - and it seems as
robust as ever (hexception the Rotary enoder :0) -
but the memory shows as 50% ish, all seems well
