Should fit in there ok, it is 6U. You would also have 2U in the 
bottom and 3U at the top.
Guess you get a lid with it?
You could fit a small 2U or 1 U mixer in there with it or put another 
synth in the bottom
I nearly brought something like this when we were going out doing 
live stuff.
