He's backing up his data before he does it, so I assumed he knows what it does. It's not like he said he's having weird glitches and asked a generic "what should I do?" He specifically asked how to do the RESET after backing up his data, and I answered that question. The more appropriate computer analogy would be a computer user saying they've backed up their computer and asking "how do I reformat my hard drive for a fresh install of Windows?" It's good that there are other troubleshooting steps to try, though - thanks for sharing them. :D -- Mibrilane
