RESET is done from the diagnostics menu - hold down both cursor keys (left &
right) while turning on the unit - it will go do diagnostics mode. Then
scroll to the very end - the reset command is there.

Hope that helps. I don't have my XL at the moment to check this but I
believe I'm remembering it correctly...
