You can't send MIDI from patchcords.  No way, no how.  Ever.

c24Amt is CORD 24.  It is how you control the amount of one patchcord
with another patchcord.  An example of this is LFO amount, where an LFO
controls pitch on one cord, then a knob controls the amount of the
modulation on a different cord.
