About the E-loader: you suggested me to bring the machine back into the store and try on the computers there. I don't just work there, I am the owner, and we don't have a single PC in sight, also because we do phone orders and online sales most exclusively and all runs on Macs. I will try and bring the setup here on one of these Macs. I will tell you what happens but, as I already pointed out, it is a frustrating situation. I imagine a customer who is not American or British and does not speak English, trying to solve this problem on his own. Anyway, thanks to your help.
