Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Hey,

When working with an outboard sequencer (such as a computer) and other synths, how do 
you route the MIDI so that you can use all the channels of the XL-7 and use other synth 
sources at the same time?  My MIDI interface is a MOTU microExpress, (4 in-6 out) but I've 
got their smaller (2x2) Fastlane as well.  I ultimately want to control everything using a 
Novation Remote61 which has 2 out, one in, one thru and a USB I/O.

My issue is I'm really keen on controlling the XL-7 with the Novation.
