Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

I love Cubase SX!

It\ufffds got a lot of Midi features like Quantizing (also for lenghts), Step 
designer, Arpreggiator... You can select several notes and change their 
lenghts, transpose them add or subtract velocities, CC Midicontrolers and 
much more. The interface is very logical and you get familiar within a few 
days for basic operations.

Use E-Loader.

Simply work on the song in the MP-7, then when you're done (or at least
partially done) use E-Loader to upload the MIDI file.  Then you can use
a computer sequencer to do the finishing.  It will be far easier to
bonce one track at a time that way by simply soloing one track at a
time while recording.  That way, everything will be lined up timewise
too.
