Well, I just eliminated the exact-name duplicates. I'm sure you're right
that there might have been a few presets with the same name that were
slightly tweaked for the X-ROM, but if I want slight tweaking, I'll do it
myself. Overall I've removed about 15 patches or so that might have been
unique to the XL-1 for the sake of shoehorning everything into two banks.

The idea of course is to give folks some space for their own user presets
while preserving the maximum number of different E-mu presets - more
available patches is always a good thing! ;D
