Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

I brought a xl-7 over from the states and was
wondering if I could just stick a kettle lead(uk plug)
in the back of it.  The xl-7 says on the back "100-240
VAC  50/60 hz 1a"  so it seems like I would be fine
and not have to purchase a voltage converter.  But I
want to make sure.  Thanks for any help, can't wait to
try this thing out!!
