That was more a feature request for Aaron.  The other evening I wanted to use
the sequencer like a linear sequencer.

BTY - I managed to set a time sig of 60/4 to work around the restriction and
saw some erratic behavior in the machine.  Does your xx7 act strangely when
the time sig is set past 12/4 ?

It took me quite a while to figure out that the controller clock "ext" setup
also applied to the sequencer.  (!)

And you are correct, the xx7 does not respond to a START command when in
REC/PAUSE mode.  I hope this one get's into the February update.

It would be useful have controller data and embellishments on the same
tracks/channels as the pattern data.  Much easier to erase an unwanted track
than to extract the data for a specific channel from the one track.

There will be rounding errors when bouncing tracks between sequencers.  And
then there is the brain strain that occurs when scrolling though the same
data in two different boxes.  ;^)
