Thanks. I successfully downloaded and installed VBRUN300 on the XP. Dumpster does indeed work now. Well, sort of. It produces all kinds of error messages, but it was able to receive and save a bank of 128 e-mu presets (P2500 with 000 millisecond delay between sysex packets).
