Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

I just wanted to throw my two cents in here. I have had more trouble 
than i expected getting my XL-7 to do what I wanted it to do with my 
external gear but now with the support of emu and the other people 
on this board it works verry well.

I have been working with sequencers for about 9 years.  Most of that 
time was with computers.  Things in hardware just work differently 
and it took some time to get comfortable with them. 

I now have my XL controlling my E500,Digitech studio Quad,roland TD-
5 just fine.  I wan't to say that it was partialy by luck in 
discovering that i could place info at 1.100.00 for setting my 
external gears settings (read post 1499).

I would totaly recomend the XL-7 for the use with external gear is 
the bottom line.  Just be ready to learn a very large and incredibly 
flexable box.
