what's the diff. between a shuttle PC and a rackmount?

speaking of having to bring a monitor, I'm going to go rackmount, and I'm 
looking at monitors that are between 3 inches and 8 inches.  I don't want 
the public to really 'see' my computer, and these babies run about 150, not 
too bad if you ask me.some of them look pretty slick, it'll be tight having 
a mini display.

Just something to consider...
