You can also go into the MIDI page and disable the internal MIDI channel or channels. This setup can be saved into a Multi setup. You can have different channels disabled for different patterns as long as you load in the desired Multi (Global). Our next release is planned for the end of February but I can't guarantee our implementation of re channelization will be the way you want it.
