Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Hi Aaron, thanks for your reply. i kinder figured that would end up 
being the case!
Im a new user and havant really had a good all day session still on 
it (really busy with work, its related though..)
I fell over on that one straight away.
Found the grid mode nice to input notes and then try to use pattern 
edit to change the duration / velocity of the notes.
It seemed to mess up when i tryed deleting an event and then scoll 
back to a earlier event. (like you say, i can understand that 
though..)
l'll try to not have both edit screens open at once! 
How would you suggest i change the note lenght in grid mode, just 
with the note values that are pre-set ie: 16th 32nd 8th etc?
Then exit grid mode and then into pattern edit and do it all there 
then i guess..
