Re: Preamps - what are you guys using?

2004-07-20 by Greg

Sometimes I will run my XL7 through a ART mp4. It is a tube preamp
with 2 channels. So I can go stereo if needed. I have also used a
behringer 1204fx mixer to take adavantage of all the outs and sub
mix them into a stereo out using the Studio monitors outs from the
1204.

You could always try to increase the volume by re-recording your
track back into the AW16 and increase the input for the track.

Just some ideas.
